Q. How long do proofs remain online?
A. Client proofs will remain online for a period of one month. For $20.00, proofs can be reactivated for another month's time.
Q. What do you do with all the image files after I order and/or the proofs have expired?
A. After the online proofs have expired, files will be archived for a period of 6 months.
Q. What happens to the image files I don't purchase?
A. After 6 months in archives, the images you haven't purchased are deleted. The images you have purchased remain archived. This procedure takes place because image files take up a tremendous amount of hard drive space, keeping files that aren't of interest to you or me is wasting needed space.
Q. I can't make up my mind about what I should order. What should I do?
A. We can set up an appointment to review your proofs and assemble an order together.
Q. My child fell and scratched his head the day before his scheduled session, should I reschedule the session?
A. Tara can usually remove minor blemishes, scratches, or something in the background at no extra charge. If there is something you are particularly concerned about please note when ordering. Touch-ups have not been done on your proofs. More significant touch-ups, removal, cloning from another picture, etc. may require an add-on fee of $10. I'll will discuss this with you if you happen to request such a touch-up.
Q. I like one of the effects you've done on an image, can I have that done on another image?
A. Certainly! When ordering prints, if you would like an effect done on a different photo, please refer to the example. If you'd like to see the effect before ordering it, just let me know and I'll post the proof of it.
Q. Is there a charge for special effects?
A. At this time, there are no charges for special effects.
Q. How long does it take to get my order, once I've ordered?
A. I do everything in my powers to get you your order as quickly as possible, but generally the process takes about 2 weeks. If you need the order more quickly, please let me know.
Q. Why don't you do collages any more when you post the proofs?
A. To save time and get you your proofs more quickly, if you didn't order a collage from your last session, I will not create one again, unless you request it. (no additional charge)
